PG Diploma in distance education would be evaluated by WES?

Hello friends.

I'm completed my bachelors(4 years) and PG diploma(1 year) distance education in one academy in Chennai which is affiliated to Bharathidasan university, Trichy.

1.WES will evaluate the certificate courses from academies?

2. I have completed both in the year of 2016.So PG diploma would be considered or not?
