Hi there,

I'm hoping to gain a bit more insight into what would be the best choice here. I'm currently in Australia and am thinking of doing a post-grad certificate course to increase my CSR score to 486 (Two or more degrees/certificate + Study in Canada). Currently, it's at 438. I have a 3-year Bachelor's in Business Information Systems.

Currently, I've got two offers letters from Seneca and Canadore in Supply Chain Management. Seneca does not have work placement as part of their course, although they integrate SAP (ERP system) in the programme, and upon successful completion, you'll also receive a SAP Canada/Global Certification.

Canadore, on the other hand, has a 100-hour work placement as part of their course.

I'm aware that Seneca is considered to be a more "reputable" college in Ontario, but I'm wondering if the work placement course might end up being more beneficial as I can apply what I've learned in an actual workplace and there might also be a very slim chance of being employed afterwards within the same company. If not, then at least I can put it on my resume and have a few Canadian references that'll help me with my job search after graduation.

I have applied to a couple of other institutes as well: Algonquin, Durham & Conestoga, although I have not had heard any response from them so far. Seneca was pretty quick though, got my offer letter in just 3 business days.

Thank you,
-Jason
