PG certificate.....extra points?

I have a post graduate certificate (IT) from Uk and a bachelors degree from India,.since the PG Certf.is not equivalent to masters,will it earn me extra points or it will not have any affect on my score?

2. I have been working with a private consultancy ,which is small scale privately owned firm.i was wondering if the work experience of this company would be accepted by CIC.

Yes. You can get higher points under "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" provided you get an ECA for both these.

Yes. Size of the organization doesn't matter to CIC. Just get your reference letters in order.
