April 12th - received email from Etobicoke office, they requesting updated information on all the documents I have summited!

Any Idea how long they might take to review these and respond to me or make the decision?

There is no fixed timeline and it's really impossible to guess. Could be just a few weeks or many months (even more than a year in some cases). Good luck and hopefully yours is on the shorter end.
