In my spousal sponsorship I got a PFL for failing to declare past visa refusals and ircc asked me to provide an explanation for not declaring a past TRV refusal and to submit a new IMM0008 form.
However, I’m confused because IMM0008 doesn’t have any question about past refusals — that’s on Schedule A (IMM5669). Why would they still ask for a new IMM0008 in this case instead of IMM5669 where I made the error ? Does anyone have an idea to why a new IMM0008 is the one they ask for instead ?
