My brother in law has applied as a cook with no job offer. He's currently in the US. He got his FBI record back and there's a record on it because he was charged with petty theft when he was 15. He was with two kids who were stealing clothes. This was 15 years ago. He served community service and it was supposed to be erased when he was 21. He's 30 now. What does this mean for his chances of getting a visa? What should he do?
