I need advise.
I am trying to create 'Express Entry Profile'. I have listed below only those steps where I need your feedback.
Step1: Create Login information
I created Express Entry profile on https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html and when I logged in the system it asked for “personal reference code”
Ans: Chose “I do not have a Personal Reference Code” and select “Express Entry”
Step2: In the last three years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have in Canada?
Ans: None of the above since I don’t have Canadian work exp.
Step3:In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have?
If you are not sure of the NOC for your job, you can find it on the Find your NOC page.
Ans: I have selected the maximum years of experience with a suitable NOC code
Step4: Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory in your skilled trade?
Ans: No.
Step5: Do you have a valid job offer in Canada?
Ans: No
Step6: Are you currently working legally in Canada?
Ans: No
Based on above selection when I try to submit, message appears as "Based on your information your profile not seems to eligible for Express Entry but still you can proceed and submit your profile".
My understanding is that once I submit this, I will received a “personal reference code” and finally once I complete EE profile, I will receive CRS points.
I checked my eligibility in this forum and also from a legal agent, I received >440 points based on my credentials. But I am wondering why I am able to see a message "that my profile may not be eligible". Also, I Wonder if my chose of answers are correct (in Steps 2 to 5)?
Please advise if anyone of you also received any message like this. I checked with my friend who has similar credentials and moved to Canada last year, he advised that I should go ahead and submit my profile, only based on the CRS score it all depends.
Can anyone please advise if I have chose the right answers in Steps 1 to 5. And if you have faced any issues while getting a “personal reference code” then please advise.
