My friend is applying in the general category for Jan 2012. she is falling short of 2 lakhs, so can she take a personal loan and show that amount in her bank statements?

(2/total amount shown) * 100 if < 10, you should be fine!

She has paid the entire yr tuition fees of $12200 and has only $6000.00 in her bank account so she needs additional $4000 ( 2 lakhs)

Else, try and get some kind of Scholarship!
