I am filling my PR application after getting the invitation in the personal section there a family section I am trying to fill my parent's details they don't have their last name in their passport, I got the information from CIC website that fill name in surname section and leave given name section blank but while I am trying to do that it gave me error and not adding the details also CIC website says cannot enter NA or not applicable or initials.
Anyone can provide some genuine information really appreciate .
