Personal immigration exit/entry VS passports copy

Hi everyone

i need urgent help please do help

i have been direct to second review and they are asking for copy of all pages of all the passport i used for the past 5 years AND personal immigration entry/exit from all the countries i have traveled to including the country of my citizenship, my question is can i just submit my passports copy and it should be enough or it is a must to submit both documents? why is the reason behind to ask for both documents

if i can provide documents that shows my presence in Canada for over 2 years like medical records and employment certificate from all employers i works for before, would that be enough and i don't have to submit the other docs?

If they are asking for both, IRCC is expecting you to produce both.

The reasons are to verify that information you have given is accurate. Passport stamps alone may also not give a complete picture. European Union countries, for example, are not supposed to stamp passports of any EU citizen so that's why an entry/exit record from the immigration authorities would provide more information.

Remember that the burden of proof is on you. IRCC will use the evidence you provide in their determination and you need to be convincing.

In the 2 years do you work and go to see doctor daily? If you live near the border, do you think your medical record and employment certificate would show all your traveling to the US?

evdm, what to do if i have been is some countries where they don't provide this document to visitors, like i have been to Cuba for 1 week, the stamp is in my passport but entry /exit record not available. from what i have heard not many countries do provide this kind of document to visitors.

Steaky, i think the entry/exit record from the USA would show, which i can have

taking your statement into account what kind of document would be more convincing, because if someone have been living in Canada for 4 years but he worked only 1 year out of the 4 years how can he proof that he was physically in Canada?

If you can't provide the requested documents, write a letter explaining what you did to try to get them, and explain why you weren't able to provide them.

ok that sounds my only option, I can provide from some countries just not all where I have been but I believe they are aware of that
