Personal history

In the personal history section, it requires all activities since I was 18.
If from 18-25 I was studying in some different levels (undergrad and master), should I write down all details about when I studied undergrad and when I studied master? Or I just need to say "studying since 199x - 200x" ???

Yeah, better to split especially if you studied at different educational institutes.
