hi everyone. im financing a car here in canada and im wondering should declare it under personal debts or mortgage? btw im required to submit full documents on manila visa office. another question, will it affect my application because i have a liability? thanks in advance.

It will be a personal debt, mortgage is if you have a home loan. Its should not effect if your income is good and have good savings history.
