Personal Activity Query for Internships

Hi,

So when I started out in advertising I was an intern a little over a year. How do I enter this in the Personal Activities section. Should I pick Unemployed and then mention Internship in the next box?

Or should I pick employment and then mention internship? Here I won't be able to show proof.

Or should I pick educational activity and then mention internship?
