Goodday house, Please i am having a challenge as i do not know whether to include memberships of professional bodies as part of Activity Type.
also, "Any period of time you indicate as being a member of an organization will not count as part of the 10-year personal/address history you are required to provide" statement is confusing.
Then please i left my place of work to go on a 2 year masters study leave then i came back to the same company. please am i to include this in the "activity type" section.
