Person claiming to be disabled for welfare purposes but......

I assume that this is the right forum to submit this question for opinion because its the skilled people who suffer most due to the system-abuse by corrupt peoples.

My question is that where should one report about a person who is abusing the system of social welfare assistance (in Quebec)? Some one claims to be medically unfit for work solely to seek more financial assistance in term of welfare ( around 650CA$ to 1000 CA$) but at the same time is found working on cash at certain places.


Is it morally and legally right to report such individuals? If not, would be obliged to have any good reason please. If yes, which department/place is appropriate to notify about such individual, please? What information one need to have before submitting official complaint.

Why not google something like "where to report welfare fraud in quebec? You might have more luck googling it in French.

This is not really the forum for this question and it's unlikely someone will know the answer.

But I do believe you should report it.

Today, I visited Emploi Quebec and they provided me Service Quebec and Service Canada number for this cause.

I will definitely report it and will keep fighting against corruption to my level best.
