For gift deed should i ask my father to transfer money into my account 6months before application and when i have to get affividavit, bank statement and letter to CIC? Before application or after application? I got format for letters but I'm confused about procedure. Could you please guide me?

Get the amount transferred now, the older the funds, the better. Get a gift deed ASAP.
The bank statement and letter to CIC will be required after the ITA.
