Permit Expire concern

Hello Friends I have a concern regarding my work permit expiring.
So my work permit is expiring on 12 June 2021 but I got my Job on 24 June 2020. which means it is expiring 12 days before completion of 1 year work ex.
and I don't think my company will help me with Close work permit.
Any suggestions or can this count as a one year before expiring?

You would need a company to sponsor you for a closed work permit with an LMIA, or get a provincial nomination to apply for PR sooner. Assuming you're on a PGWP, you can't extend that even if you only need 12 more days.
