I am landed canada on 4th December,2018 and become PR.my question is now my wife and me live in USA and now i am in india because of separation issue.I don't have any PR documents and PR card or any documents related to canada because my wife don't give me my documents and send me india nicely but now she don't want to give any of document.if i apply for PRTD to canada can i get back to canada and what is the procedure?
Please explain.

If you still have a valid US visa then possibly the easiest solution would be fly to the US and cross over the land border then you would not need to apply for a PRTD but just present yourself at the border as a PR for CBSA to find you in the system. Given you only landed in 12/2018 you have no issues with the residency obligation.

If your wife refuses to give you your PR card then report it as lost/stoeln and apply for a new card when you are back in Canada
