Hello I am filling out the form IMM 5540 but i am having trouble with some questions. I don't know any of these answers since i immigrated at the age of 6 to Canada.
1. Date i became a PR i don't know this date i only have the record of landing but i am confused where to look for my date on the form i have record of landing IMM 0000 .
2. Also how will i know which visa office issued my immigrant visa or confirmation of permeant residence?.
