Permanent Resident Visa

Hi,
My husband works in Canada on Work Permit. He got his Provincial nominee from Toronto last week. He is now planning to apply for PR in November after police verification.
Can he apply for PR for both of us(I am in India now)? Or should I apply after he receiving his PR?

If PR can be applied for both of us, how long does it take to get the PR? Will both of us get PR at the same time?

What is the process for applying for my PR along with his?

Better to apply together. Generally it takes around one year time depending upon visa office.
