Guys,

Is it possible to apply for Permanent Resident via EE with Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Certificate being issued through paper base ?

"New: If your nomination is through an Express Entry stream, you must apply through the online system. This application package is only for people applying to the Provincial Nominee Class through the paper-based (non-Express Entry) process."

If you have got the hard copy of the nomination read it there must be somewhere it says that this is not to go along with Express Entry. I also got the Master stream nomination you have to apply for the paper based and it takes about 15 months to get PR as is told online on CIC website.

You cannot use a nomination from a non-Express Entry stream for Express Entry. The eligibility requirements for the Express Entry streams are different from the non-Express Entry streams and the application process also differs.
