I have a question giving me sleepless nights. There is a civil matter being contested between lawyers representing my business and another business that it seems is most likely going to head to trial.
I am currently a PR, incase the verdict is against me and I have to pay monetary and punitive damages ( worst case) will that be in any scenario be seen as a conviction against me and hamper future citizenship application?
