Permanent Resident Completed. Wait for call from Scarborough Visa Office.

Hi everyone. I received a letter from CIC Alberta saying:
" this is to inform you that you have completed you Permanent
Resident visa application. You need to pay $490 for the
Right of permanent resident fee. Your family in
Manila, Philippines will get notified. Pla wait for
Scarborough Visa Office for confirmation. " ~ Dated July 24 ;
Letter received August 7, 2012.

Questions:

1. Why until now I haven't receive any letter
For interview/ confirmation of PR

2. My son ( dependents ) receive letter to
Submit His original passport & 2pcs passport
Photo. ~~ ( we submitted it thru courier in
Canadian embassy manila ) 1 week ago. August 9.

3. I tried to pay online the RPRF $490 payable to
Scarborough visa office but there's no choice
There for Scarborough some of my friends told me
You will pay on the actual day of your interview/confirmation.
I'm confused. Pls help me.

pay it to your bank,just get the two copies,one for your copy and the other you can give it to the officer on the actual day of interview..

it will be included in the letter,with three copies,one for the bank,for you and for CIC

try to call the Scarborough office and tell them that you didn't receive your letter up to now..

Its been 1 week since I got my PR in Toronto. How long
Before they will return the passport of my son with his visa? Thanks
