Permanent Resident Card

Will the permanent resident cards have the home address in Canada? We need proof of address for health card but the kids under 18 can't get an Ontario ID card so how do we prove the kids address?

They wont. The copr i believe has the home address but you can use the SIN paper they give you at the airport as proof of address as it will be printed there
