Permanent residency renewal- HELP!

Hello I am in the process of renewing PR and had few questions

For the proof of 5 year stay, CIC asks for the official transcript from home University. but due to the time issue would the official enrollment letter verifying attendance suffice? or does it HAVE to be an official transcript?

Do not send your original voided passport. You may very well need copies of this passport when you apply for citizenship. Copy both passports - don't send any originals.

Lessons Learned:
Send color copies of all pages of both passports, with translation of pages that are not in English. This will certainly expedite the process. Further, if you are planning to travel soon (within THREE months) enclose the Receipt and Itinerary of the PAID Return Ticket and request URGENT Processing. Good Luck
