I received an email from the canadian consulate in seattle requesting my passport. Does that mean I was approved the residency? Also, in the email, they gave instructions on how to send the passport. I prefer to travel and present the passport myself. Is that possible? IF yes, do I have to do it in seattle or any other consulate in the US? I feel worried to send my passport by mail and I am sure mailing it is much slower.

Thanks very much,
