Technically yes, but it will be very complicated.
More so because you'll need to provide police certificates and you'll need to provide fingerprints to the FBI to get a background check on you.
The most likely option is to go back to your country (or a country where you can legally reside) and apply from there, in that case you should be fine as long as you are honest in your application, or consult with a lawyer.
