We had filled our application in May end however it came back in first week of Aug for they said some papers were missing and so now with that and all of the new application we filled it again in Aug mid

Wondering will I still have to wait for 8 to 12 months or 4 to 6 weeks for my application to even get started

Yes, your app unfortunately goes to an August queue. Count from when they recieved app in august.
