Once I create my Express Entry profile and when (in case I am selected) I am invited to apply, what will be the status of my current work permit (I am in Canada on a work visa, with work permit that only allows me to work at Telus, until 2021)?

Nothing, it will still be valid and you will keep your status as a worker (Assuming the rejection was not due to a fraud or misrepresentation in your PR application). Good Luck!

Yes, you can re-apply as many times as you want (Assuming the rejection was not due to a fraud or misrepresentation in your PR application).
