Hi,

I have a pending PR application. I am yest to complete the submission of all the checklist documents.
Past two days I am unable to access the PR application in my EE profile. When I click on the button 'Continue application the browsers tries to load the page for a while but returns with the error 'bad gateway error 502/503'.

I called up CIC helpdesk and they have informed me that there isn't any schedule maintenance or planned outage. I have filled the web form for technical issue.

Is anyone else facing the same issue that I am? Any pointers to notification on planned outage of the service?
