Permanent Residence processing time in Los Angeles office

Hello everyone,

I got my CSQ at December 03, 2012 and sent my permanent residence application few days after that. I received the medical examination email at February 12, 2013 and have done it few days after that.
Now, my application status at CIC website shows "In-process" and details says my file was received at December 18, 2012, processing started at April 24, 2013 and medical received.

Does anyone know how long does it usually take at Los Angeles office to ask for my passport and grant me a visa?

I know the posted time is 21 months. But my friends in Cairo got their visas after 5 ~ 6 months while the posted time is 14! Does anyone got their visas from LA lately?
