Hi All,

We have received the invitation for PR recently and had claimed the job offer pointsto qualify in the draw . At this situation we were invited under CEC category . Since the job offer from my employer is not a straight forward one for PR , we wanted to provide a LOE regarding this and add some email proofs from HR where they claimed that they wont give any reference letter for PR . The job offer we have now is the one that was given for WP-ICT extension . In some of our friends circle , the same has been rejected and approved equally depending upon the officeer or based on the LOE the applicant has given . May be the approved one has a better explanantion than the dropped one.

We have a query : Suppose if the VO isn't satisifed with the Job offer document and he wanted to take down those 50 points , will he re-calculate the CRS scroe at the tie of reviewing or check the CRS score at the time of submission ?

Reason we ask is,we will be completing 2 years in Canada in a month and in case if we submit after that , will that be a helpful for us to get few points (23) ? Beacuse this additional points might help us in case VO reject the job offer points ?

If VO rejects the job offer (50 points) , will he consider the CRS at the time of submission as well or just the CRS at the time of Invitation ?

Your CRS score is locked in on the date of the ITA. If the officer doesn't think your job offer is in the proper format (even if you're LMIA-exempt), they'll refuse your application, even if you've since passed two years of Canadian work experience. If you want to get the benefit of those points, decline the ITA.
