hi,

My husband applied for PR canada on May 2018 through online. Estimated completion date is November 2018. Iam Living in India and he is working in canada under work permit.The second medical and additional family inform form done during december 2018.During February 2019 the application status still 20% of our applications are more complex to process. your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
Background verification still processing.So when i can expect the visa status?

I contact the toll free number and outside canada number but no proper response. Also contact through webform but no response.

Kindly provide me any other way to contact them and ask the status???
 
But how many months still background checking??How about the estimated time?Also Iam unable to check the status from India?

Did you try ti get gcms notes it will give more insights to see what is happening in the process as they provide the notes made by the officers.
This has helped a lot of people to understand where They are stuck
