Permanent residence application after csq

The expiry of my family csq is July 2021.
If I apply for permanent residence by September 2020 would my case be time barred.

Or it may be consodered valid for permanent residence in Canada.

As your CSQ is valid you can apply for the permanent residence, if not you will need to CSQ again. If you already apply for permanent residence, your CSQ will not expire.

May i opt to pay permanent residence fee as I have gotten csq by giving written authority to immigration authority or I have to pay online by self.
Is there option available.

I have no idea I applied paper based.

Well if I got approval from federal govt as I have obtained csq may I opt to live another place other than Quebec.

I have plan to move on Soo or Toronto is it permissible

I have to identifier on my documents one is dossier no and another is ind. no which one is UCI
