I can understand but if we go in court they gona said we r processing ur case is background checks they will consider their fault but the court will take decesion that ok their fault but u have to wait they r processing now so its better we have to wait more some months... Maximum they will take 6 months in background checks if they not then we can n we will go in court..

Hi after a long time they changed the status Decesion made they didnot send any email and they didnot wrote anything new in online status so what is the next ? And what mean by decesion made ?

They have made a decision to issue the visas or not. Someone should be getting information from them soon. I suggest that the sponsor contact his MP in Canada to see if the MP can help. They can often get information from CIC more easily than we can.

I suggest you order gcms notes. At the same time if you can access your MP that would help.
