I have recently got a job offer. On the job offer It states the following.
“Your employment is conditional at all times upon having a valid Work Permit, including any extension thereof. Your initial Work Permit is expected to have an expiry date of February 28, 2020. Your employment is set to end on this date. Should you obtain an extension to your Work Permit, your employment will be extended to reflect the new expiry date. Should you obtain Permanent Resident status, your employment status may, subject to company policies, be adjusted to “permanent”. You are responsible for providing updates to your manager.”
Does this consider as permanent job offer?
