Permament resident tuition fees

Hi I'm 20 years old and I want to get permament resident visa in my 25.so i have some questions in my mind
I know that it's very hard to find job with my country's diplomas in Canada for that reason I want to study there.Im planning to my first year I fund some money while I'm working full time, in my second year I want to enter to college and while study I'll also work at part-time job so my question is that can i'll be able to pay my tuition fees and living expenses by my own ?

You can only work 20 hours/week on study permit while studying and full time only during scheduled breaks. You will make minimum wage.
You cant work at all if you have not started school.

Also you need to show you have the funds to study in order to get a study permit in the first place.
