My fiance is a permanent resident since July 7, 2018. He applied for ohip on July 9th, 2018. He received paper saying he has a 3 month waiting period. Now it has been over 3 months since he applied and no card in mail or letter or anything. What happens once 3 mths is up? Is he suppise to go apply again, wait for something in mail, etc... We aren't sure what we are supposed to do now?
Please Help!

His card is probably in the mail. There's a mail strike on right now.

Ohhhhhh ok, so it just arrives in mail. I was confused if he had to go fill out another form. Ok, thank you for letting me know.
Correct. There are no further forms required until he has renew on his birthday, some five years from now.

Huh, I know some people who arrived in August, and they already got their cards. He might want to contact Service Ontario.
