My friend is wondering about the period between the visits on a multiple business VISA.
He went back home from Canada last month, then things started to go wrong. He wants to go to Canada again and make a refugee claim. Is it OK to make the next visit next May? What's the minimum period between the visits?
The VISA expires on June, 15th and his Passport expires next October.
What do you recommend him to do? Or there is nothing to worry about.
There is only one Entry stamp on his VISA as there will be other visits. If the VISA has Exit stamp, this mean the person is no longer is able to enter Canada again. Is this right?
