PER to RBVO?

I received my PER on 14th March and now its almost 20-days and still when i check the client status online it shows CIC review complete. When will the status changes to RBVO? any information on this friends?

Mine also the same, don't know when does it changes to the next stage RBVA ??

hi! im new here. my status changes to rvo less than a week from receipt of my letter from vo manila that my application document was received by their office on march 24, 2010. Actually i received my per march 4, 2010.
