PEQ vs Ee

Does anybody know if it is possible to apply for PEQ and EE at the same time or there a conflict!

If anyone has a link or reference to CIC I would highly appreciate if can send it to me.

There is a potential residence conflict. You can only apply for CEC if you intent to reside in a province which is not Quebec.
