people that used a consultancy - please help

Well, when your application is sent to unoversities OR for visa, do THEY send the applictions?

Or can we send the applications ourselves? and they just guide us in the process and we do everything?

Because my academic marks are very weak, I have opted for 3 consultants and decided to take the best advice from all and put them together to make ONE visa application.

Which would be better according to me because,of the consultants that I have visited, none seem to know it all.

In fact, in some cases I thought I knew better.



Another question in accord with the first sentence:
When they send the applications(assuming they send it themselves and dont let us send it) do they sue their email address and credeitials?

I am asking since when I went to 'the chopras' i heard one consultant saying 'her application will go through us'


Wanted to know if ther can be any credentual Advantage when an institution like the chopas sends the EXACTLY same application I do myself.
so, application via the chopras' email vs mine (or anything similar that shows its directly from the chopras) - will this have ANy effect on the outcome of the visa application?

They told me they have very few visa rejections, so I should do fine...how true is this?

its upto u . if u. want to send the application through consultant, then i guess u gotta fill up the representative form ( which can be downloaded from CIC website along with visa application form)
If you want to send the application by yourself. Then just dont fill up the representative form.

Another thing, visa approval/rejection chances don't depend on which consultancy you use. Specially under SPP program. They entirely depend on your application as well as how well you wrote your SOP.
But if you are not applying under general category, I would suggest to use an professional immigration lawyer to access your application rather than any consultancy ( believe me. Those immigration lawyers are KNOW IT ALL people. )

I read somewhere under spp they only require most recent marksheets, is that true?

THIS IS ALL FOR VISA ,not for admissions so please help accordingly...thanks a lot
