I'm not sure you'll qualify. I would look into the rules. If you are a non-resident, I think there is a requirement to have lived in Canada for at least 20 years to qualify for payouts. I believe you also have to be a citizen or PR or legal resident of Canada on the day you apply. Again, recommend you check the rules. There are some pretty specific criteria.

It is 20 years if you don't live in Canada when you want to collect, and 10 years if you do live in Canada (i believe)
