Hello my application has crossed it's time and I mailed vfs singapore and they replied that my application is pending final review. Is there anyone that can please explain me what could be in the final review. On a different note I had a tourist visa that expired a few days after this email so were they waiting for the tourist visa to expire so that they can give me a student one?
