PEI Nomination Hope & Process Time - ASSIST Pls!!

I have applied for PEI nomination due to low CRS Score. Anybody knows on what basis they nominate someone and how long I have to wait for nomination..

Is there any possibility I get nomination or what are the chances. Pls anyone give me some information who already got Nomination from any state or PEI?
