I have sent all my papers to PEBC on Sep 2020, and on Nov 2020 I have received an email that my papers are received and I should receive the result within 8 weeks. However, till now I didn't receive anything !
I have sent them many emails and after long time I received one email saying that" Your file shows that as you had completed your degree at a university that was CCAPP-accredited at the time you attended, you do not need to go through the evaluation process. You are eligible to apply directly to the Qualification exams, as a “Canadian Graduate”.
Actually I didn't study in Canada, I have only graduated from a university which is CCAPP-accredited
My questions is how can I submit my express entry profile without the ECA report ?
I have sent PEBC several inquiries regarding this issue but no one replied to me at all !
Note that I have paid the full amount for evaluation process and to get the ECA report
