PDF File not showing up

Hi guys,

I'm helping my grandma extend her visitor's visa but I couldn't get the pdf show up.. it keeps showing me the error message:

I'm trying to download:

Can anyone help me, please?

I would suggest to use Adobe reader 9 or 10. Not the latest one which is DC I think

I just clicked the hyperlinks and everything is just a little slow but the forms load properly (using AR DC).

So this is clearly on your side.

I would recommend using a different browser. If the problem persists use a different computer.

I already have my Adobe Reader, but I guess the version is not compatible.
I am downloading Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I hope it will solve it.
