Does one need to send original PCC to CIC.What about if one has lived in past in Saudi Arabia.I mailed their visa office, they informed me they don't issue to old residents.
Kindly advise.

you will have to send orig pcc to cio as it is part of the specific visa office requirements. since you have lived in saudi arabia for more than 6 mos, you still have to provide pcc from ksa. however, the problem is your now living outside the kingdom. which visa office is/will be processing your app? because if its london, i think you hve to wait for the police clearance request (in arabic) to be sent by chc london

the best way i think is for you to contact the saudi embassy in your country (or where you are living right now) and ask them how you can secure a pcc from ksa

from the 5 Aug 2010 u don't need to send the PCC to CIO anymore,they changed the rules again!! so you may send all your documents except PCC to CIO and now you have time to get your PCC from KSA as well.

Yes, the original PCC needs to be sent to the visa office (NOT CIO-Sydney).

For PCCs from KSA:

as you can see, while the pcc is a visa specific requirement, the whole package (vo specific) is to be included int he package to be sent to CIO-NS. it is in the checklist (number 12)

I am living in Dubai from past 3months.I am not sure if about my visa office.May be I should send it to Delhi as I have been living here for less than a year and might not be eligible for London.As far documents are concerned I guess they are the same.What do you suggest.
What is "transcript of all degrees".I have only one original transcript that of MBBS.
What if Ref. letter doesn't mention salary.
KSA PCC is an issue -- conflicting answers.What are Delhi's requirements for KSA pcc.
Kindly advise.

this link doesn't give information about past residents of KSA.I am in Dubai since past 3 months, hence I can't put my application at VO London.I will have to apply at VO Delhi.How will I get PCC from KSA.
