I lived in couple of countries, want to know the procedure of Applying PCC for immigration purpose. Can anybody Guide me.

Since the process is different for every country, you will have to look at the link above and choose all the countries you need one for and see how their process works.

If you know someone who live in those countries (local people would be awesome), he/she might apply on your bahalf. It would be faster process. In my case, I have done before, some countries where English isn't an official language so very difficult to deal especially department of government service.
