PCC Validity question

Hello Members,

i have a doubt about my UAE PCC validity. in the document it is mentioned that the certificate is valid for 3 months. However my last entry in UAE was in 2014. As per cic website, it says the validity of a pcc is typically 1 year.

Can someone confirm this.

Valid as long as it was issued after the last time you lived in such country.

Thanks. By saying valid, i assume you are telling me it is valid for 1 year as it was issued after the last time i visited the country. Last entry was 2015 and PCC issued in sep 2017

Ok. so whats the validity then. the one mentioned on the pcc or the one cic site says ?

Literally what I already said: "have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory."
